SELLING PROPERTIES BY AUCTION

Together with our website, regional newspaper advertising, national internet advertising on some of the largest property auction websites your property will be seen by potentially hundreds of thousands of people.

Our fees for selling your property is as follows: -

• Auction Entry Fee £150.00 plus VAT
• Paid in advance to cover the cost of printing the auction catalogue and preparing the property for auction.
• Auction Sales Fees 2.25% of the sale price plus VAT

The auction sales fee is only paid when we sell your property. This fee include all newspaper advertising, for sale by auction sale board, internet advertising, colour photo in the auction catalogue. We will also liaise with your solicitor and complete the legal contract on the day of the auction (this saves you paying your solicitor to attend)

We offer a FREE auction appraisal where will visit your property/land and give you a honest valuation.

REMEMBER, if we do not sell your property we do not get paid.
